Carol Dixon

Carol joined Laurel Hill in 2014 and is responsible for supporting leading and driving the successful execution of corporate actions, shareholder communication and advisory mandates.  Carol has 21 years of experience in shareholder services, investor communications, and client relationship management. Prior to joining Laurel Hill, Carol held a senior management role at a competitor where she led successful strategies in takeover bids, asset recovery projects, and shareholder meetings. Prior to that role, she held positions focused on revenue growth, processing efficiency, and risk management at State Street (Canada), Computershare, and CIBC Mellon. Carol has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University in Florida and has completed course in Corporate Trust and Securities Transfer at the Canadian Securities Institute.
