Emerson Kako

Emerson joined Laurel Hill in October 2019 and is responsible for supporting client deliverables on corporate governance matters including executive compensation and equity plans and in the context of contested situations.  Emerson has 5 three years of industry experience. Prior to joining Laurel Hill, Emerson worked as a Marketing & Events Coordinator at SmallCapPower, a leading source for small-cap stock coverage, research, and analysis. Emerson has an honors degree in Commerce from McMaster University and has completed the CSC and the Conduct and Practices Handbook Course.
