Peter Papolis

Peter is responsible for advising clients on corporate governance matters including executive compensation, equity compensation plans, and contested proxy situations. Peter has seven years of experience in capital markets in progressively complex roles. 

Prior to joining Laurel Hill, Peter was a Senior Research Associate at Institutional Shareholder Services, one of the world's leading proxy advisor, specializing in executive compensation and equity plan assessments of major TSX-listed companies. Previously, Peter worked as Law Clerk, Corporate Affairs at North American Palladium, as a Securities Specialist Law Clerk at Patient Care Automation Services and at Computershare.

Peter has a degree in Economics from Queen’s University and has completed the CSC.
