Hazel Perfinian

Hazel is responsible for the growth, development and operational management of our Depositary Services for M&A activity, Escrow Services to public and private companies and individuals, and our shareholder programs division comprising of Asset Recovery and Odd Lot Programs. She leads her team in implementing various strategies to achieve client objectives in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Hazel has over 25 years' experience in the shareholder communications and securities industry in progressively senior positions. She has completed the Canadian Securities Course and the Trust Companies Institute Program, and is a member of the Canadian Invest Relations Institute (CIRI), the Governance Professionals of Canada (GPC), and Women in Capital Markets (WCM).
