Chintan joined Laurel Hill in September 2024 and is responsible for supporting clients on corporate governance matters, including executive compensation, equity plans, environmental and social practices, and in the context of contested situations. 

Chintan has 13 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Laurel Hill, he held positions at a direct competitor, ISS, and MSCI. He has experience analyzing corporate governance practices, making proxy voting recommendations, and preparing governance reports to assist boards and senior management on issues such as executive compensation, regulatory compliance, board effectiveness, ESG considerations, and risk mitigation. 

Chintan holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and a Master of Management Analytics from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University.
